Wanted Person-Gilberto Alonso Rodriguez was placed under arrest after being served an active warrant this afternoon. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Identity Theft-A complainant on the 3700 block of Siesta Drive reported unknown subject(s) are using her named and social security number without her consent.
Information Report(Motor Vehicle Accident)-County units were dispatched to US Highway 277 North at approximately 9:39 PM this evening after receiving reports of an automobile accident. Upon arrival, deputies observed a tractor-trailer, a 2002 Ford Mustang, and a 2017 Nissan had been involved in the accident. EMS crews were at the scene to transport two subjects to the Emergency Room. One subject was declared deceased at the location. The Texas Department of Public Safety was also at the locale and has since taken over investigations.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies early this morning were dispatched to the Balcones Heights area after residents reported a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the driver of a vehicle matching the description, later identified as Kevin Flores. Mr. Flores gave consent to search the vehicle, which yielded the discovery of a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance which would test positive for marijuana. Mr. Flores was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Nicole Tiffany Jimenez was placed under arrest this morning after a traffic stop on Barbara Street led to the discovery of a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance in her vehicle. The substance would test positive for marijuana and Ms. Jimenez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
