DWI/Public Intoxication-A traffic stop on a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu this morning found both the driver and passenger of the vehicle in an intoxicated state. Deputies arrested Adrian Courtney Flores on DWI charges and placed the passenger, Phillip Garza, under arrest on public intoxication charges. The pair were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Driving Under the Influence/Motor Vehicle Accident-Units responded to the intersection of Thompson Road and US Highway 277 North after fielding calls of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies observed a 2004 Ford Mustang had rear-ended a 2016 Nissan Murrano, causing minor damages to both vehicles. Both parties involved refused medical attention and contact with the driver of the Mustang revealed signs of intoxication. Joel Saldana was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Deputies this evening arrested Hugo Beltran Barrientos on public intoxication charges after he initially led deputies on a chase. Deputies had lost a visual on the 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Mr. Barrientos had been operating but found the vehicle parked behind a residence. Upon contact, he displayed signs of intoxication and was taken into custody before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
