Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object- Units responded to the 1500 block of Encuentro early this morning, where the driver of a 2013 Chevrolet Spark lost control of the vehicle while travelling on a wet road, striking fences on two adjacent properties. The collision caused damages to the vehicle's right quarter panel and its passenger was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for further treatment.
Possession of a Controlled Substance-Thirty-five year old Elizabeth Santos was arrested at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint this morning after being detained by agents when she was found to be in possession of several narcotics. Ms. Santos was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
