Deadly Conduct-Units responded to Zaragoza Street early this morning after a complainant reported a known male subject had exited a residence and fired a shot into the air and two shots into the ground with an unknown firearm.
Deceased Person-A deputy was dispatched to the 1400 block of Cecilio, whereupon arrival, made contact with a hospice nurse who reported a sixty-six year old patient at the residence had passed away. Justice of the Peace Mancha was at the scene to pronounce the subject deceased at approximately 2:47 AM.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-Contact was made this morning with a complainant who reported his 1996 Dodge Ram missing from a residence on the 400 block of Candelario Montalvo. The complainant further reported he had been out of town since December 3rd and an exact time and date as to when the vehicle had gone missing was unavailable.
