Identity Theft-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had been using his social security number without his consent.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrested a male subject identified as Noe Sanchez this afternoon after a check revealed an active warrant for his arrest out of Maverick County. Mr. Sanchez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) had entered a residence on the 1200 block of Marseilles Drive without consent and left the home ransacked. The complainant further reported the subject(s) in question had gained entry to the safe, taking an undisclosed amount of money and jewelry.
Damage to Property-A resident on the 2800 block of Frances Gates reported unknown subject(s) had broken the windows and punctured the rear tires to her 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Wanted Person-Cindy Chavez was arrested at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 this evening after being detained when a check revealed an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant was confirmed and Ms. Chavez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
