Public Intoxication-Units patrolling FM1021 early this morning conducted a traffic stop on a 2016 Dodge Charger for a minor traffic violation, whereupon found its passengers to be intoxicated. Freddy and Gerardo Chavez were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle/Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle-Units responded to Tierra Soberana Blvd. to assist in the pursuit of a possibly stolen vehicle this morning. Kickapoo Tribal Police would later radio the vehicle involved was found unoccupied by Crane Street. The vehicle was recovered and taken to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office for further investigation.
