Resisting Arrest-A deputy responded to Cecilio Street this evening after a male subject was found in an unruly state. Upon arrival, contact was made with Enrique Mendiola, who was yelling. Mr. Mendiola then began to resist when the deputy attempted to conduct a pat down. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
