Assault/Family Violence-A complainant on the 1300 block of Erline reported her husband had gotten upset and grabbed her by the neck, forcing her to the floor. The male subject left the scene prior to a deputies' arrival.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Units were dispatched to the international port of entry #1 after a male subject was found to be in possession of marijuana. Javier Isidro Lizarraga, the subject initially detained, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Juan Manuel Gutierrez was arrested at the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 after agents detained him when a check revealed an active warrant. Mr. Gutierrez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to The Residential Hall on FM1021 this evening in reference to a possible disturbance. Contact was made with a female subject identified as Thalia Fuentes, who was acting in a disorderly fashion and was uncompliant. Ms. Fuentes was given several opportunities to leave the premises but refused to do so. She was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-A deputy on patrol observed a suspicious male subject on Juan Circle consuming alcohol this evening. Contact was made with Alcadio Rodriguez Morales, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. Mr. Morales was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
