Maverick County Daily Reports-June 20, 2017

Public Intoxication-A unit was dispatched to a residence on Rosita Valley Drive this morning, where Kickapoo Tribal Police had held a male subject after he became aggressive at the scene. Bryan Markley was taken into custody by deputies and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing,

Burglary of Building/Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Units were dispatched to the Six Pack Stop on Del Rio Blvd. early this morning after its burglary alarm system was activated. Upon arrival, deputies observed the front glass door broken. Two male subjects were later detained for investigation purposes, one of which was taken into custody after being found in possession of marijuana under two ounces. This case remains under investigation.

Wanted Person-Deputies arrested Armin Perez on an outstanding warrant charge this afternoon before being transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Deputies arrested a male subject identified as Lee Mozisek at the international port of entry this morning after being detained when a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Mozisek was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Deceased Person-Deputies were dispatched to the Indio Faith Ranch on Old Mines Road whereupon arrival, made contact with US Border Patrol agents who stated the body of a male subject was located on the ranch property. Justice of the Peace Madera was summoned to the scene where the body was pronounced deceased at approximately 11:45 AM.

Burglary of Habitation/Deadly Conduct-A complainant on the 700 block of Lago Vista reported a known female had entered her residence without consent and displayed a handgun. the subject then fled the scene prior to a deputies's arrival. This case remains under investigation.
