Maverick County Daily Reports-March 30, 2017

Injured Person-Units responded to the Stripes Convenience store located off of FM1021 this morning after two male subjects had been injured. Upon arrival, the two subjects had already been transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER for injuries sustained when a large hydraulic piston and base had broke off of the trailer, pinning one subject down.

Theft/Failure to Identify-Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix on FM1021 this evening after it was suspected to be involved in a theft involving an air compressor and a battery charger. Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle, identified as Adalberto Baca, Javier Garza, Jr., Niria Rodriguez, and Tania Rodriguez. The items stolen were found inside the vehicle and all four subjects were identified as subjects in the theft and were taken into custody.
