Motor Vehicle Accident-Units responded to Loop 480 this morning, where a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer was found rolled over. Investigations at the scene revealed the female driver lost control of the vehicle where it veered off of the highway, causing it to rollover. The female subject was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to a residence on FM2030 this afternoon after receiving calls of an out of control female. Upon arrival, contact was made with both parties at the scene, in which a female advised her son in law had assaulted her when she attempted to stop him and her daughter from getting into a physical confrontation. Pedro Martinez, Jr. was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. EMS crews were summoned to the scene, where the daughter was transported to the ER for further evaluation.
Wanted Person-Rolando Valadez was taken into custody at the international port of entry #1 after being detained by agents when a check revealed an open warrant. The warrant out of Maverick County was confirmed and Mr. Valadez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
