Assault/Family Violence-Deputies responded to the 700 block of Barbara Street, where a female complainant stated she had been involved in a physical altercation with her common-law husband. Obed Felix, Jr. was placed under arrest at the scene and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Disorderly Conduct-Humberto Cervantes was arrested on disorderly conduct charges by Coyunda Street this morning after he had entered a neighbor's property and began knocking on at the door in a disorderly fashion. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Information Report/Deceased Person-Deputies responded to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency Room this morning whereupon arrival, contact made with medical personnel who stated a known male subject had been assaulted in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. The subject, later identified as Martin Esteban Sanchez, was met at the international port of entry #2 where EMS crews took over and transported Mr. Sanchez to the ER. He would later succumb to the severity of the injuries, however. Justice of the Peace Madera pronounced Mr. Sanchez deceased at approximately 4:45 AM.
Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 2800 block of Miguel told deputies unknown actor(S) broke a window with bb gun pellets. The damages at the time were unknown.
Criminal Mischief-A complainant reported unknown subjects broke the mirror to her vehicle.
Assault/Family Violence-Miguel Junior Maldonado was placed under arrest this afternoon after a female complainant reported being struck in the facial area multiple times by her common-law husband. Mr. Maldonado was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-A deputy responded to Rodriguez Street where EMS crews stated an elderly person was found deceased to an apparent heart attack.
