Public Intoxication-Deputies on patrol this morning witnessed a male subject sitting on a bus stop by Molina Loop with a beer can in his hand. The subject, Orlando Mendoza, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Identity Theft-A complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to reported a person in Iowa had used his social security number to obtain employment.
Wanted Person-A background check on a male subject at the Maverick County Lake yielded the discovery of an active warrant. David Salomon Garcia was placed under arrest when the the warrant out of Bexar County was confirmed. Garcia was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
