Maverick County Daily Reports-September 11, 2016

Terroristic Threats-Deputies responded to a residence on County Road, where a complainant reported his neighbor had threatened him with serious bodily injury. The neighbor in question had left the location prior to a deputies arrival.

Public Intoxication-A deputy made contact with a male subject identified as Noe Hernandez this evening after he was found lying next to the road. It was determined that Mr. Hernandez was in a highly intoxicated state. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Ruben Campos was placed under arrest at the international port of entry #2 this morning after CBP agents initially detained Mr. Campos after a check revealed a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and Mr. Campos was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle-Deputies made contact with a reporting person who stated he was traveling northbound on FM1021 this morning when he was rear-ended several times by his girlfriend who was traveling in a separate vehicle. The complainant refused medical attention at the time of this report and did not wish to file charges.
