Public Intoxication-Contact was made with a suspicious male subject found by an ATM machine on the 2400 block of Main Street early this morning. Ruben Zambrano, Jr. displayed signs of intoxication while speaking with the deputy and was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant on Pueblo Nuevo reported an unknown subject had taken his 2016 Ford F-250 from his residence without consent. The complainant wished to file the vehicle as stolen.
Wanted Person-Juan Carlos Medina was place under arrest this morning after City of Eagle Pass police officers had detained him on an active warrant. The revoked probation warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Possession of Marijuana/Possession of a Controlled Substance-A deputy responded to the United States Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 this morning after agents detained a female subject found to be in possession of marijuana and meth. Dawn Marie Lough was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
