Maverick County Daily Reports-August 18, 2016

Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to a reports of a fight in progress this morning. Upon arrival, contact was made with the manager at the location, who reported two females approached her and attacked her, prompting a physical altercation. After further investigation, Ximena Sallano and Jessica Hernandez were both placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. The complainant stated she did not wanted to file a criminal charges against both females at the time of the report.

Dog Bite-A reporting person told deputies her fifteen year old grandson had been walking home on Rafael Street when a dog began barking and opened the front gate to the residence and bit him on the leg/hip area. The bite left a minor laceration and the male subject was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center ER by his grandmother.

Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to a disturbance in progress on the 700 block of Progreso Street this evening. Upon arriva1 at the scene, contact was made with both parties involved. In the midst of speaking with the parties, a female, identified as Adriana Veronica Esquivel, began yelling profanities at the second party. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Assault/Family Violence-Deputies arrived at the 2400 block of Barrera Street this evening after fielding a call in reference to an assault in progress. Contact was made with a male subject who stated he had been involved with a physical altercation with his brother, identified as David R. Salinas Perez. Witnesses at the locale told officers David had begun the argument/assault. Mr. Perez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
