The Maverick County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for assistance in finding a missing person. Twenty four year old Carlos Cotilla Espinoza, pictured above, was last seen with his brother Manuel in Maverick County on May 08, 2016. United States Border Patrol agents apprehended Manuel that day and Carlos has not been seen since.
Carlos has been diagnosed as Autistic and has difficulty communicating with others not identified as family.
