MAVERICK COUNTY DAILY REPORTS-JUNE 07, 2016

Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A deputy responded to  the United States Border Patrol south station this morning after a male subject in possession of marijuana was detained. Matthew J. Everett was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-Miguel Angel Munoz was placed under arrest after he was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Maverick County on failure to appear charges. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft-A complainant on Siesta Drive reported unknown subject(s) had taken a YETI cooler from the back of his pickup truck.

Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz-Deputies on patrol arrested Matthew Allen Valdez after a routine traffic stop yielded the discovery of marijuana in his possession. Mr. Valdez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Burglary of Habitation-A resident on Sueno Circle reported unknown actor(s) entered her residence without consent and took a small refrigerator from her bedroom.

Driving with Invalid License/Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz./Possession of Dangerous Drugs-Deputies patrolling Eidson Road this evening conducted a traffic stop where the driver, identified as Emmanuel Dominguez, was found to be operating a vehicle with an invalid license. The passenger, Annixa Herrera, was found to be in possession of marijuana and in possession of three prescription pills without a prescription. The two were placed under arrest on separate charges and were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Recovered Narcotics-Deputies responded to the Maverick County Lake in reference to several subjects that may have been smoking marijuana. Upon arrival, a small plastic baggie containing marijuana and cigarillos were found on the ground near a vehicle. No arrests were made, however.

Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on Chuck Wagon Road stated unknown subject(s) had entered her residence without consent by forcing open a door. The complainant went on to report a 48 inch television was the only item found missing.
