Family Violence/Assault-A complainant on Fresno Loop reported being involved in a physical altercation with her common-law husband.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz./Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor-Deputies on patrol this morning observed a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado occupied by several subjects parked at the end of Remington Street. At approximately 2:42 AM contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle, where upon further investigation, three female minors were found to be consuming alcohol provided by twenty-three year old Keenon Valdez and Marcos Jesus Maldonado. Valdez was also found to be in possession of a small plastic baggie containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.
Identity Theft-A complainant reported unknown subject(s) are using his identity without his consent.
Assault-Deputies responded to El Indio, Texas in reference to a suspicious parked vehicle in the area. Upon searching the area, a male subject was found asleep in the vehicle. Contact was made with Juan Carlos Torres, who was placed under arrest on public intoxication charges. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
