Theft-An employee at the Stripes convenience store on FM1021 reported an unknown subject had entered the store and stole beer.
Possession of Marijuana < 2 oz.-A deputy patrolling Maverick County Lake noticed a twenty-four year old male subject asleep behind the wheel of a 2001 Honda. Contact was made with Alejo Guedea and a search of the vehicle revealed Mr. Guedea was in possession of a plastic container containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuna. Guedea was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Family Violence/Assault-Deputies responded to the intersection of Spike Hill and White Tail in reference to an assault in progress. Contact was made with the complainant who stated her husband had assaulted her. The male subject was detained and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A reporting person on Horseshoe stated that unknown subject(s) had entered her residence and took several items approximately two days ago.
Wanted Person-Deputies arrived at the international Port of Entry this evening after CBP agents detained a male subject with an active warrant. The warrant out of Bexar County for Martin Alfonso Alonzo was confirmed and he was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
