Maverick County Daily Reports-December 24, 2015

Minor Motor Vehicle Accident-Units were dispatched to Eidson Road  by the Super 7 Meat Market, where a 1994 Chevrolet pick up exiting the market struck a 2000 Chevrolet Suburban in the left back quarter panel. Both parties involved refused medical attention at the time of the report.

Wanted Person-A deputy responded to the international Port of Entry #1, where CBP agents detained nineteen year old Damien Lopez. The warrant out of Zavala County was confirmed and Mr. Lopez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Terroristic Threats-A county unit was dispatched to the 4100 block of Tina Drive, where a female complainant reported two known male subjects had threatened her life, claiming they were going to kill her. Upon the deputies arrival, the two male subjects had left the area.

Burglary of Habitation-a complainant on the 100 block of Pino Street reported unknown subject(s) had entered his residence without his consent and took several items.

Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to Memo Robinson Road after receiving reports of a possible dispute inside a stationary vehicle. Contact was made with a male subject identified as Rogelio Olvera Rodriguez, who was found on the sidewalk and told officers he had an argument with his wife. Mr. Rodriguez displayed a slurred speech and some type of of alcoholic beverage was emitting from his person. He was arrested on public intoxication charges and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
