Maverick County Daily Reports-October 23, 2015

DWI-A traffic stop conducted on a tan Chevrolet Impala in Las Hacienditas this morning revealed that the driver, twenty-two year old Jorge Luis Aguirre, was intoxicated and not fit to operate a motor vehicle. Mr. Aguirre was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Public Intoxication-Deputies on Lucky Eagle Road this morning arrested four individuals on public intoxication charges. The subjects, identified as thirty-one year old Liza Salazar, eighteen year old Cody Anico, twenty-three year old Randy Elizondo, and twenty-one year old Vanceing Suke. The four were transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Missing Person-A complainant on Santa Ana Circle stated her son had left Big Springs, Texas en Route to Eagle Pass, Texas and had not arrived nor had she heard from him.

Terroristic Threat-A complainant on Converse Street reported known subject(s) had threatened her while at her office.

Public Intoxication/Theft under $50.00-Deputies responded to the Super Seven Meat Market on Eidson Road this evening after receiving reports of a theft in progress. Upon arrival, officers encountered a male subject matching the description of a suspect who had stolen beer cans. Further investigation of the individual, identified as William Estrada, revealed a positive match with the suspect. Mr. Estrada was found with a strong alcoholic odor emitting from his person. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
