Maverick County Daily Reports-October 14, 2015

Deceased Person-A deputy was dispatched to FM 1021 where United States Border Patrol agents assigned to boat patrol had come upon a deceased male subject in the Rio Grande. Justice of the Peace Madera was summoned to the scene, where the subject, who was found without any identification, was pronounced deceased at 11:45 AM. An autopsy was ordered.

Criminal Mischief-Deputies responded to the 100 block of Sosa, where a complainant advised that an unknown subject had broken the side window to her residence.

Burglary of Habitation, Criminal Mischief-A complainant on the 1200 block of Marseilles reported an unknown subject had entered his apartment without consent. The subject had also written some vulgar language on the car seat of his vehicle.

Minor Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to Las Quintas Blvd. after the driver of a 2000 silver Dodge Ram pickup made a wide left turn onto Garcia Street and struck a 2005 blue Chevrolet Malibu.

Family Violence, Assault-A female complainant reported to officers that her husband had pushed her and pulled her hair for unknown reasons.

Criminal Mischief-A deputy was dispatched to the 1000 block of FM 2030, where a female subject stated unknown actor(s) had struck her grey Ford F-150 with an unknown object. The estimated damages were unknown at the time of the report.
