Theft-A deputy responded to Blanca Circle, where a male individual reported unknown person(s) had stolen his horse.
Public Intoxication-A deputy patrolling the Eagle Heights area who witnessed a male subject falling off of a horse found the male in a highly intoxicated state. For his safety, the male subject was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
