Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the international port of Entry, where a male subject had been detained on an active warrant. Noe Sanchez was arrested on Failure to Appear charges. He was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Family Violence/Simple Assault-A female complainant visited the Sheriff's Office to report her husband's verbal assaults. She further stated that this has been an ongoing problem and wished to file a formal complaint.
Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle-An individual in the Pueblo Nuevo Subdivision reported that unknown person(s) took his 2004 Cadillac without his consent.
Wanted Person-Deputies made their way to the international Port of Entry #1, where a female subject was detained on an active warrant. Officers arrested San Juanita Arrellano Palacio, who had an active warrant for her arrest out of Comal County on failure to appear charges. Ms. Arrellano was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A deputy was dispatched to the international Port of Entry #1 after customs officers detained a wanted male. Javiel Garcia had an active warrant out of Uvalde on a charge of driving under the influence. He was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Family Violence/Assault-County units were dispatched to the 100 block of Sosa Street in regards to a disturbance. A known male began to push his mother several times before a fight ensued between the male and his brother. Erik Resendez was placed under arrest on assault charges and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. He was later released on a citation.
Burglary of Habitation- A complainant on the 1000 block of Progresso Street stated that unknown actor(s) entered her residence and took several items without her consent.
Wanted Person-Eagle Pass Police Department requested the presence of a Sheriff's Deputy after they conducted a routine traffic stop on the 600 block of Rio Grande this evening. An identification check on a female subject identified as Elizabeth De Lara revealed an outstanding warrant out of Maverick County. Ms. De Lara was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A deputy patroling Memo Robinson Road conducted a traffic stop on a male individual identified as Aaron Cerezo Trevino. An identification check on Mr. Trevino revealed an outstanding warrant out of Kinney County for a probation violation. Mr. Trevino was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Runaway-A mother reported to officers that her daughter had left the residence without her consent and had not returned or made any attempt to return home. The female juvenile was placed into TCIC/NCIC database as a runaway.
Burglary of Vehicle-A female on the 3100 block of Sueno Circle reported unknown actor(s) had gained entry to her vehicle and took her person without her consent.
Assault-A male wished to file a report after a known male subject approached him and threatened him with bodily injuries.
