Maverick County Daily Reports

Information Report-Deputies were dispatched to the 2600 block of Rosita Valley Road in reference to a large party with juveniles taking place. Deputies arrived and dispersed the juveniles after alcohol was found at the party.

Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle-A complainant arrived at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office to report his vehicle was taken without his consent at an unknown time. The Vehicle was entered into the TCIC/NCIC database check.

Aggravated Sexual Assault-Deputies were dispatched to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in reference to an aggravated sexual assault report.

Wanted Person-A TCIC/NCIC Database check confirmed a warrant out of Bexar County for a male individual attempting to enter the United States via the international Port of Entry #2. The male was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

 Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Eidson Road, where a male complainant advised that a known male had struck him in the arm with a blunt object.

Located Runaway-A female runaway attempting to enter the United States through the international Port of Entry #1 came up active out of Maverick County on the database. The female was removed from TCIC/NCIC database and was released to her guardian.

Assault-Deputies responded to the intersection of Casales and Guisseppi area after three females were reported to have been arguing in the middle of the street. Officers made contact with the complainant who stated that she was assaulted by unknown females. The females in question left the area upon the unit's arrival.

Possession of a Dangerous Drug-County units reported to the international Port of Entry #2 in reference to a female in possession of Xanax pills. Deputies made contact with CBP staff who reported that a female attempting to enter the United States was found to be in possession of 110 Xanax pills and 30 Rivotril pills. The female was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Disorderly Conduct-Units responded to a possible disturbance in progress on Tita Street and made contact with a female witness upon arrival, who stated that two adult male subjects began fighting in the residence driveway. One male subject was found to have a minor laceration on his upper head area. He was cited and released. The other male involved in the melee, identified as Victor Medellin, was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
