Maverick County Daily Reports

Information Report-Deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of Balcones Blvd, where a male subject advised deputies that while mowing a school yard, a male individual approached him stating that one of the windows to his vehicle had been broken by a rock from the mower. Owner of the vehicle was not on hand at the time of arrival and information report was taken.

Criminal Trespass/Theft-Complainant advised deputies that a known male subject had gone by his property and stole several items from the work site located on U.S. Highway 277 East.

Civil Matter-Deputies responded to a residence on Sunset Loop after a complainant stated she rented an RV to a known family. Upon return of the RV, She noticed it had damages to the interior that were not previously there.

Civil Matter-Units reported to Old Pioneer Road after a male individual advised deputies that his caliche drive way had been damaged by a city work vehicle when a dump truck entered his driveway.

Information Report-A deputy was on hand at the Maverick County Sheriff's Office lobby to take file an information report of a landlord told deputies his tenant was planning to cause damages to his apartment after vacating it.

Harassment Report-Deputies were sent to Santa Street after a male complainant stated his ex-girlfriend had been going to his residence and causing an embarrassing scene.

Information Report-Officers responded to Casales Street after a male subject was no longer wanted at the residence after a verbal argument took place. Unwanted mal was advised to leave the area and complied with officer's requests.

Public Intoxication-Deputies were sent to White Tail area in reference to a possible disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, deputies witnessed an intoxicated male riding a children's bicycle in the middle of the road while arguing with his common law wife. The male subject was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Information Report- Deputies were dispatched to the 1900 block of Ramirez circle in reference to a verbal argument in progress. The male aggressor had left by the time units arrived at the scene. The  owner of the home stated the male subject had pushed him several times and had entered the residence without his consent and attempted to take his washer.
