Maverick County Daily Reports-June 25, 2015

Information Report-Deputies were dispatched to Eidson Road in reference to a female requesting a perimeter check of her property. The female owner stated someone was outside, but deputies searched to no avail. The female requested an information report because she was in fear of her ex-husband.

Family Violence/Assault-Eagle Pass Police Department requested the presence of a deputy after a female requested to file a report against her estranged husband for an assault that occurred in Maverick County on Tuesday June 23, 2015

Undocumented Citizens-A concerned citizen on the 2400 block of Eidson Road reported approximately 50 individuals, who appeared to be undocumented citizens, by the park on the corner of Balcones and Zaragoza Street. Deputies immediately responded to the area and were assisted by United States Border Patrol in searching the area to no avail. Moments later, it was reported by concerned citizens that some of the individuals had been picked up by a tan Yukon. Deputies and Border Patrol agents made several rounds in the area searching for the the vehicle and/or individuals to no avail.

Criminal Trespass-Deputies were dispatched to Thompson road in reference to possible criminal trespassing. The complainant told deputies a known female would arrive at location to cause trouble and was no longer welcome.

Recovered Abandoned Narcotics-Deputies arrived at the United States Border Patrol South Station to retrieve recovered narcotics and paraphernalia unclaimed. Approximately 4.43 grams of marijuana, a pipe, and a grinder were turned over to the custody of Sheriff's deputies.

Wanted Person-Deputies made their way to the 2400 block of Main Street in attempt to make contact with Jose Ramon Flores, who had an open warrant on contempt of court charges. Mr. Flores was found by the location and place under arrest.

Information Report-Deputies arrived at the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center after fielding reports that a dog had bitten an individual. Upon arrival, deputies met with a female individual who stated her son was bit by a dog in the Las Quintas sector of the County.

Theft-A complainant on the 100 block of Siete Lomas told deputies that unknown subject(s) had entered his property and took an item without his consent.

Theft-Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Juanita after the complainant stated that unknown actor(s) had taken several items without consent.

Family Violence, Assault-A female complainant on the 3000 block of Sauz Street reported that her fifteen year-old daughter was being verbally aggressive towards her, further escalating into physical contact. The juvenile was detained.

Wanted Person-A deputy constable conducted a traffic stop for a minor infraction near the intersection of Kiriaka and Yota Drive. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Joshua Macias, who had an active warrant. Mr. Macias was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Theft-Deputies were dispatched to the Las Brisas sector of Maverick County after a female complainant stated she had gotten a ride from two known subjects were she later left/lost $800.00 in the vehicle. Complainant was not able to recover her money from the known subject's vehicle.
