Disorderly Conduct/Public Intoxication/Wanted Person-Deputies responded to the 2600 block of Cenizo Heights this evening after a male complainant reported a female subject had arrived at his residence in a highly intoxicated state and was acting in a disorderly fashion. Contact was made with the female subject, thirty-seven year old Gladys Blanco, who displayed signs of intoxication, bloodshot eyes, and a slurred speech. Blanco was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.  A check on the reporting person identified as thirty-eight year old Heriberto Perez would reveal active warrants out Hays County and the Round Rock Police Department. He was also placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Driving While Intoxicated/Public Intoxication-Deputies this evening conducted a traffic stop on a 2013 Dodge Dart after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle, twenty-eight year old Ricardo Lara and his passenger, twenty-five year old Efren Pena. Both subjects appeared to show signs of intoxication and admitted to having consumed alcoholic beverages at a local bar prior to being stopped. The pair were taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
