Daily Reports-September 09, 2021

Driving While Intoxicated-A deputy patrolling Landin Circle conducted a traffic stop on a 2014 Dodge Journey early this morning. Contact was made with the driver identified as twenty-nine year old Gilberto Martinez, who displayed several signs of intoxication. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.

Wanted Person-A unit responded to the 1300 block of Wagon Wheel Road this morning in reference to a possible wanted person. Contact was made with thirty-four year old Jose Elivorio Valdez upon arrival, whose background check revealed an active warrant out of the Maverick County Sheriff's Office on assault/family violence charges. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Wanted Person-City of Eagle Pass Police Department officers made contact with the Maverick County Sheriff's Office this afternoon after having detained a male subject whose check revealed an open warrant for his arrest. The warrant on probation violation charges out of Maverick County was confirmed and the subject identified as Roberto Carlos Perez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
