Criminal Mischief-Units were dispatched to the 200 block of Balcones Blvd. this afternoon in regards to a male subject seen breaking a vehicle's windows. Upon arrival, a complainant reported he had observed the male subject, later identified as thirty-two year old Adrian Rodriguez, shattering a vehicle's windows. Contact was made with Rodriguez, who displayed signs of intoxication and was in an aggressive state. He was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
