Disorderly Conduct-Deputies responded to the 700 block of Lago Vista early this morning in reference to an unwanted male at the location. Contact was made with the complainant who reported a known male subject had arrived at the home and began knocking on doors and windows. The subject, later identified as Gerardo Mendez, would then become aggravated and disorderly. Mendez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Deceased Person-A unit was dispatched to Winchester Road shortly after 7 AM this morning after a hospice care nurse reported her patient was found in responsive in his bedroom. The nurse further stated the seventy-five year old male subject suffered from health issues. An EMT arrived to the location to confirm the subject did not display any vitals and a Justice of the Peace was contacted to pronounce the subject deceased.
Burglary of Building-A complainant on Anacua Street reported unknown subject(s) had gained entry to his storage shed and took several valuable items without his consent. A formal report was filed.
Deceased Person-Units responded to the river vega after US Border Patrol agents reported they had located two unresponsive bodies in the river area. The bodies of the two male subjects were recovered and displayed no vital signs. A Justice of the Peace was summoned to the location to pronounce the subjects deceased.
