Motor Vehicle Accident w/Fixed Object, Driving While License Invalid-Deputies were dispatched to the 1300 block of Rosita Valley Road this afternoon after a vehicle struck into a light pole after its driver failed to control its speed and veered of the road. The vehicle sustained severe damages to its right front quarter panel. The drive, identified as twenty-nine year old Westley Lamar Navarrete, refused medical attention at the time of this report A check, however, revealed Mr. Navarrete had his license suspended or revoked. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
