Public Intoxication-A deputy was dispatched to the Los Gaujillos sector of Maverick County shortly after the midnight hour, where a complainant advised a male subject had left the location in an intoxicated state. The subject, identified as forty-four year old Jose Fernando Reyes, was later identified walking along FM 1021. Reyes displayed several signs of intoxication and was taken into custody. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Assault/Family Violence-Units responded to a disturbance in progress on the 1000 block of Wildwood this evening, prompting the arrest of forty-two year old Felix Elizondo, Jr. after a short investigation revealed he assaulted his wife. EMS crews were summoned to the scene and the female subject was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further medical evaluation. Elizondo was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
