Daily Reports-October 31, 2020

Wanted Person-Luis Resendiz Romero was arrested at the international port of entry 2 this morning after agents at the port advised a check revealed an active warrant. The warrant out of Johnson County was confirmed and Mr. Romero was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Possession of a Controlled Substance/Wanted Person/Public Intoxication-A traffic stop conducted on a 2005 Cadillac CTS for a minor infraction led to the arrest of a male subject identified as thirty-two year old Cesar Garcia after he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. A check further revealed Mr. Garcia had an active warrant out of the Austin Parole Board. His passenger, twenty-three year old Julia Galvan was also taken into custody after she was found in an intoxicated state. The pair were then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
