Deadly Conduct-Units responded to a residence in Quemado, Texas this morning after a complainant reported a known male subject had pointed a firearm at him. Contact was made with the suspect, later identified as Apolonio Hernandez, who admitted he had pointed a gun at the complainant after feeling threatened. Mr. Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies this evening arrested a female subject identified as Marisa Torres at the international port of entry 2 after a check revealed an active warrant for her arrest out of the U.S. Marshals. The warrant was confirmed as active and she was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
