Assault/Family Violence-Forty-five year old Juan Garcia was arrested on family violence charges early this morning after deputies made contact with his common-law wife who reported she had been physically assaulted in the midst of a verbal argument. The victim would refuse medical attention at the time of the report while Mr. Garcia was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
