Public Intoxication/Resisting Arrest-Units responded to Fresno Loop this morning after a unknown male subject was reported to be on private property without consent. The subject fled on foot from the area prior to a deputies' arrival, however, was found on Yucca Loop. Contact was made with Ovidio Arellano, III, who emitted a strong alcoholic odor from his person, slurred speech, and bloodshot eyes. Mr. Arellano was placed in restraints but refused to enter the patrol unit. He was eventually transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing, yet continued his noncompliance.
Public Intoxication-A deputy responded to the 4100 block of Deer Run Blvd. this morning, where an unwanted male subject was inside of private property. Upon arrival, contact was made with Juan Angel Mata, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
