Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-Deputies responded the intersection of Rosita Valley Road and Los Guajillos early this morning after a vehicle was engulfed in flames. At approximately 2:22 AM, units were en route, whereupon arrival, observed the vehicle on fire with no occupants to be found. Further investigation revealed the vehicle had been traveling southbound on Rosita Valley Road when it lost control and drove into the brush and struck wires connected to a light pole, which was determined to be the cause. This case remains under investigation.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies patrolling Eidson Road conducted a traffic stop in where one of the occupants of the vehicle was found to be in possession of a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana. Santos Quisma was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft-A resident on the 2300 block of Old Pioneer Road reported unknown subject(s) took her wallet with approximately $600.00 in it without consent.
