Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on Vanessa Street told deputies that unknown subjects had taken two televisions from her residence without her consent.
Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle-Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Candelario Montalvo in reference to a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. A female complainant reported unknown subjects had taken her 2004 gold Kia Optima from her residence without her consent in the early morning hours and was later returned.
Deceased Person-Deputies responded to the Cinco Ranch in southern Maverick County, where human remains had been discovered on the property. The remains were taken to a funeral home for further examination.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant in Eagle Pass told deputies an unknown person had entered his residence and took several items without his consent.
Information Report-Deputies received an anonymous call this afternoon in regards to suspicious illegal activity near Vanessa Street. Upon arrival, deputies were observed and made contact with what turned out to be four undocumented citizens. Border Patrol agents arrived at the scene and took custody of the four.
Public Intoxication-A traffic stop conducted on a vehicle operating without a front license plate revealed a highly intoxicated passenger. For his safety, the male subject identified as Ricardo Rodriguez Valdez, was placed under arrest for public intoxication. Mr. Valdez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing and was later released on a citation.
Burglary of Habitation-A resident on Charlie Circle reported that unknown actor(s) had entered her residence and took several items without her consent.
Fraud-A female complainant filed a report stating she had sent a $900.00 wire transfer to a person claiming to be her nephew. The complainant further stated that after the transaction was conducted, it was revealed that the unknown actor was not her nephew.
