Public Intoxication-Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Chucho Drive, where a suspicious vehicle was reported parked in the middle of the street. Upon arrival, deputies found two highly intoxicated individuals. arrested were Ramon Jimenez and Janey Lisa Mohawk.
Motor Vehicle Accident with a Fixed Object-Deputies responded to Wagon Wheel Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident when the driver of a Ford Focus lost control of his vehicle and hit a light pole. Th edriver was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center emergency room for treatment.
Theft-A complainant on Memorial Drive reported unknown subjects gained entry into his vehicle toolbox and stole several items.
Located Missing Person-A database check on a female subject attempting to enter the United States via the international Port of Entry #1 revealed the female to have been reported as a runaway. She was transported to the Maverick County Sheriff's Office where she was later released to a family member.
Recovered Stolen Vehicle-A 2015 silver Kia Sorrento attempted to pass the Border Patrol checkpoint on US Highway 57 when a computer check revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen to San Antonio Police Department. The driver, Albert Pacheco Flores, was placed under arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The vehicle was transported to the Sheriff's office for processing.
Burglary of Habitation-A complainant on FM 2030 told deputies unknown actor(s) had gained entry to his residence and took several items without consent.
Information Report-Deputies on patrol located a 1999 black Ford Ranger reported as abandoned. A database check revealed the truck reported by the Eagle Pass Police Department as stolen.
Public Intoxication-Deputies patrolling South Veteran's Blvd. spotted a male subject identified as Juan Carlos Espinoza in an intoxicated state. Mr. Espinoza was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
