Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies were dispatched to the Border Patrol South Station where Juan Manuel Perez was found to be in possession of Marijuana. Mr. Perez was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Disorderly Conduct-Units were dispatched to the 400 block of Bonanza where an aggressive male subject had cut holes in the walls of his room with a knife and was found with a cut to his wrist. EMS was summoned to the scene to treat the male subject, who would be released back to deputies. Mr. Alejandro Brisneo was then arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Family Violence, Assault, Impeding Breath-Deputies were dispatched to Ghost Rider Road, where a female complainant stated that she had gotten in a fight with her husband over a text message she had on her cellular phone. The female further advised that her husband punched her several times, knocked her down, and choked her to the point where she was not able to breathe. The male subject had left the area prior to deputies arrival.
Information Report-Deputies arrived at the 3200 block of El Indio Highway in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, contact was made with both parties, who stated they had a verbal argument. The male subject involved left the area in order to avoid any problems.
Terroristic Threats-A deputy responded to the 3100 block of Cortinas Cirlce after a complainant stated he had been threatened by a known subject.
Located Missing Person-County units made their way to the international Port of Entry #1 in reference to a located missing person. Deputies ran a check on a female juvenile reported missing out of Bexar County. The juvenile was later released to a friend of the famly.
Family Violence, Assault-Deputies responded to the 100 block of Lariat Road in reference to a family assault in progress call. Deputies made contact with the complainant, who stated her husband had pushed her and threatened her. The male subject, identified as Humberto Martinez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Minor Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to a minor motor vehicle accident at the Border Patrol Checkpoint on US Highway 57. Upon arrival, units observed a 1982 GMC Sierra with minor front center damages and a 2009 Saturn with minor back center damages. The driver of the Saturn stated she was in line waiting on vehicle inspection when the pickup moved forward and struck her from behind. The drivers refused medical attention at the time of the report.
Motor Vehicle Accident- A reported motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Memo Robinson Road and Caboa Street sent units to the scene at approximately 5:39 PM. Upon arrival, deputies observed a 2009 silver Dodge Nitro with rear end damages and a 2014 black Dodge Journey with sustained front end damages. The driver of the Nitro told deputies he was coming upon a speed bump when the driver of the Journey collided onto his rear. The driver of the black Dodge Journey was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation while the driver of the Nitro was cited for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
Motor Vehicle Accident-Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on North Street and US Highway 277 North. Deputies made contact with the drivers of a stationary red Ford Focus and a 2000 Ford Taurus upon arrival and noticed right rear side damages to the Focus and left side damages to the Taurus. The driver of the Taurus told deputies he was driving on North Street when mechanical problems caused his wheel to lock. His vehicle lost control and collided with the Focus. A passenger of the Taurus was then transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further evaluation. The driver was cited for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and No Driver's License.
