Civil Matter-A male subject stopped by the Sheriff's office to file a report after known subjects had caused damage to his vehicle when it was used for personal matters instead of work purposes.
Information Report-Deputies were dispatched to Kypuros Road in reference to two females that were spotted walking on the road. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that both females were undocumented citizens and entered the United States illegally. United States Border Patrol was summoned to the area and took custody of the females.
Wanted Person-Eagle Pass Police department requested an officer in reference to an outstanding warrant. Upon the officer's arrival, a TCIC/NCIC check revealed an open warrant for child non-support. The male subject was arrested and transported to the the Tom Bowles Detention Center.
Wanted Person-Deputies conducting a traffic stop for a minor infraction on Del Rio Blvd. revealed the driver had an active warrant out of Maverick County. Frank Gonzalez, Jr., wanted in reference to theft, was arrested and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Deputies responded to international Port of Entry #1 after a person attempting to enter the United States was detained for having an open warrant. Ralph Alfred Friesenhahn was found to have an active warrant out of Comal County. He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Damage to Property- A complainant wished to file a damage to property report after discovering her home window had been shattered. The resident of the 300 block of Windchester told deputies it was done with an unknown object by unknown subject(s).
Credit Card Abuse-A female subject filed a credit abuse report after unknown subject(s) made a purchase at a Dillard's store in San Antonio, Texas in the amount of $682.78 without her consent.
Public Intoxication/Disorderly Conduct-Deputies were dispatched to the 3700 block of Tina Drive in reference to a possible fight in progress. Units arrived at the scene and made contact with Jesus Martin Cedillo, who was found sitting inside his pickup drinking an alcoholic beverage. After further investigations, Mr. Cedillo was arrested for being highly intoxicated and disorderly.
