Public Intoxication-Deputies conducting a traffic stop were approached by a male subject with unstable movements, bloodshot eyes, and a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his person. Alexis Reynaldo Cruz was placed under arrest for public intoxication and was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A deputy conducted a traffic stop for a minor vehicle violation on FM 1021 and South Veteran's Blvd. at approximately 2:42 AM/. Upon making contact with the driver, the front male passenger was attempting to conceal a small clear plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance, which later tested positive for marijuana. Enrico Antunez was then placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-A female attempting to enter the United States via Port of Entry #1 was detained after a check resulted in an outstanding warrant out of Bexar County. Mari Cruz Cedillo Ramirez, wanted on larceny charges, was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Theft- A deputy responded to Casino Grocery #4 after unknown subject(s) took items without paying.
Injured Person-Deputies responded to US Highway 277 N and Texas Highway 131 in reference to a vehicle blocking the roadway. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver of a black Hyundai 2 door coupe, identified as Marcus Johnson. Mr. Johnson was responsive and told deputies he had suffered a seizure behind the wheel. He was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further medical treatment.
Burglary of Habitation-A female on the 2900 block of Montemayor reported that unknown subject(s)had entered her residentce without her consent and had taken a television set.
Family Violence-Deputies were dispatched to the 200 block of Zandalo when a female stated her common law husband had assaulted her. The male had fled the scene prior to deputies arrival.
Wanted Person-A TCIC/NCIC database check on a male attempting to enter the United States via Port of Entry #1 came back with an active warrant out of Zavala County. The male subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
