Reckless Driving-A deputy patrolling FM 1021 early this morning conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet Silverado after observing the vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was clocked at 98 MPH in a 60 MPH zone and the driver identified as Heliazar Flores was placed under arrest on reckless driving charges. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
