Daily Reports-May 30, 2021

Driving While Intoxicated-A traffic stop on a Chevrolet HHR on the 300 block of Ruela Street led to the arrest of a male subject. Contact was made with the driver, thirty-nine year old Manuel Rodriguez, who displayed bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and unbalanced movements. He was then taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Public Intoxication- a unit was dispatched to the 700 block of Cedro Street this morning after a  male subject was found laying down at the location. Contact was made with the subject, twenty-four year old Filemon Perez, who was found in a highly intoxicated state. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing. 

Deceased Person-A unit responded to Chaparral Cres off of US Highway 277 North this afternoon after received reported of a deceased person in the canal area. Contact was made with the reporting person, who stated a possible undocumented male subject was found floating in the water. The body of an unidentified male subject was recovered and taken by a local funeral home after Justice of the Peace Rios declared the subject deceased at approximately 5:15 PM. 

Public Intoxication-A deputy was dispatched to the international pot of entry 2 this evening in regards to a disorderly male subject at the location. Upon arrival, it was revealed the subject, forty-five year old Miguel Hernandez, was highly intoxicated. Hernandez was placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
