Disorderly Conduct-A complainant on Merida Street reported her brother had been acting verbally aggressive, seemed disoriented, and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown narcotic. The subject, later identified as twenty-three year old Norberto Isaac Emiliano, was uncompliant while answering deputy questions. He was then taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Public Intoxication-Deputies this evening made contact with a female subject found walking along Rosita Valley Road. The subject identified as thirty year old Erica Campuzano displayed unstable movement and appeared to be disoriented. Ms. Campuzano admitted she was under the influence of an unknown substance. She was then taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
