Public Intoxication-A deputy on patrol made contact with a female subject found walking along School Circle in the Loma Linda sector of Maverick County this afternoon. The subject identified as twenty-seven year old Shara Cook displayed bloodshot eyes, unstable movement, and emitted a strong alcoholic odor emitting from her person. She was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Motor Vehicle Accident/Public Intoxication-A county unit responded to the intersection of Rosita Valley Road and Standing Rock this afternoon in regards to a motor vehicle accident at the location. Upon arrival, deputies observed a white Ford Fusion and a white Chevrolet Cruze had been involved in an accident, causing front end damages to both vehicles. Upon further investigation, a female subject identified as Kiara Gomez was taken into custody after displaying signs of intoxication. She was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
