Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-A traffic stop on a 2018 Ford Focus seen travelling on FM1021 at an unsafe rate of speed this morning yielded the discovery of two clear plastic baggies containing marijuana under the passenger seat floorboard. The driver, twenty-two year old Felix Martinez, was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Wanted Person-Units responded to a disturbance in progress on the 2400 block of Eidson Road this afternoon, whereupon arrival, observed a second party leaving the scene. A traffic stop was conducted and a background check on the subject identified as twenty-eight year old Jorge de la Cerda revealed an active warrant out of Maverick County. De la Cerda was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
Possession of Marijuana under 2 oz.-Deputies this evening arrested a male subject identified as Jubenal Antonio-Bueno after a traffic stop led to the discovery of a strong odor emitting from the vehicle. After further investigation, a clear plastic bag containing a leafy green substance which would test positive for marijuana was found in Mr. Bueno's possession. He was taken into custody and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
