Public Intoxication-Forty-eight year old Josue Rocha was taken into custody on public intoxication charges after he appeared intoxicated while walking along Las Quintas Blvd. this evening. Upon contact, Mr. Rocha displayed unstable movements and bloodshot eyes, and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance or alcoholic beverage. He was then transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
